C.A.R.E., Citizens Against Resource Exploitation, is a non-profit citizens group, based in Booneville, Arkansas
with concerns that include, but are not limited to:

1.  Noise pollution.

2.  Water pollution and wells going dry.

3.  Air pollution by dust from heavy haul trucks operating on county roads.

4.  Air pollution by gases released during mineral extraction.

5.  Landowner rights with or without mineral rights ownership.

6.  Hazardous chemical pollution from pits used to store chemicals and waste water from mineral extraction.

7.  Capping and replanting of abandoned wells, pads, and pits.

8.  Road damage caused by heavy haul operations.

9.  Pipeline construction and reclamation.

10. Irresponsible timber cutting and wood waste burning.
